About 50 shades of widowhood
Widowhood isn’t one thing. It’s grief, anger, guilt, strength, exhaustion, laughter, fear, and moments of peace that can disappear as quickly as they arrive. This blog exists because there wasn’t enough honest space for what life really looks like after loss—especially at this stage of life. 50 Shades of Widowhood is where I share my personal experiences navigating grief, health, dating, parenting, and rebuilding a life that looks different than the one I planned—but is still meaningful.
